Huddersfield-based house builder, SB Homes, has appointed a project manager to support its sales team and drive new business opportunities.
Sarah Mozley joins the company with a wealth of experience in the housing industry, from managing rental properties to supporting and heading up sales teams.
Undertaking a number of core responsibilities, she will assist clients in the purchase of their new properties and help to launch new projects, such as the company’s show home, which will be introduced at their Empire Works development in May.
Another focus of her role will be to look after the business’ property portfolio, as well as to source and drive new schemes forwards.
SB Homes’ managing director, Stephen Byram, said: “As we begin to build phases 2-3 of Empire Works, we want our customer service levels to remain high. We’re a local house-builder and we have quality and service at our heart, so we wanted to appoint someone who had experience in the industry, that could support our sales team with clients, and explore new opportunities.
“We’re also launching a show home, allowing prospective buyers to truly feel the quality, specification and finish of our properties. So, Sarah was a perfect fit — she’ll be working hard over the next few months, as she project-manages it!”
Sarah commented: “I’m very passionate about SB Homes’ core values and standards, and am therefore really looking forward to working with their clients, the team and helping to steer some of their new projects — watch this space!”
The appointment marks SB Homes’ 20th year in business, which will be celebrated at a charity ball in May, raising funds for Kirkwood Hospice and Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
