Cubico launches new bathroom furniture to boost retailer profits

Retail bathroom supplier Cubico has launched a handful of new bathroom furniture lines, strategically designed to enhance retailers’ profits and boost customers’ buying experience in-store.

The supplier’s popular ‘Stark’ range has been extended, with the introduction of the vanity furniture in a new matte, slate-grey colour.

The 1200mm and 600mm on-trend handleless units and tall cabinet are push-to-open, soft-closing and have single spokes at the front. The vanity furniture also has solid stone resin worktops for mounting one or two countertop bowls. And the LED mirror, which is available in two sizes, is fitted with a touch-switch for ease, while being CE approved and IP65 compliant.

Commenting on the new product colour, Scott Tattersley, sales director at Cubico, said: “The Stark range is a popular choice for retailers. Our clients have found that it catches the eye of customers and pulls them into the showroom. This new colour will appeal to customers with an eye for trends and trade buyers for high-end hotel spaces, for example.”

Another new product includes the Cromwell range of traditional furniture. Available in three sizes – 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm; and two colours – matt white or matt light grey, each unit offers plenty of storage capacity and features soft-closing doors, a marble worktop, ceramic basin and chrome-plated metal handles. Matching mirrors and wall cabinets are also available.

Scott continued: “This traditional furniture is the perfect alternative to high-end brands, and offers retailers better profit margins, while still providing the customer with a beautiful specification and finish.”

Finally, the firm has also launched a wider choice of bath panels – helping customers to match their bath panel to their chosen vanity furniture.

“We listened to feedback, and our retailers said that their customers wanted a better choice of colours when it came to bath panels. We think the new products will offer the customer the opportunity to tie their scheme together, and help retailers to retain the customer and upsell products.

“Each product we’ve introduced is part of our strategy to make retailers’ lives easier and more profitable.”
